What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the practice of intentionally focusing your attention on the present moment with a non-judgmental and accepting attitude. It involves observing your thoughts, emotions and sensations as they arise without getting caught up in them or reacting impulsively. Rooted in ancient meditation traditions and backed my modern neuroscience, mindfulness helps cultivate clarity, reduce stress, and make deliberate choices aligned with your goals. Through techniques like breath awareness, body scans, or guided meditation, mindfulness empowers you to live with greater awareness and purpose.
